‘But I’ll forever be grateful for these 2 and the forever light they add to my life.’

Looking forward: Last Wednesday, the One Tree Hill alum took to Instagram Story to thank her followers for all their support as she reflected on starting her ‘new normal’
Kramer described how she planned on using books and therapy in her healing process.
‘I have to start getting used to my new normal and I guess forgive me for not really knowing how to walk that yet. You know?’ she shared.
‘I’m trying to just really dive into books and my therapist and not put a bandaid (sic) on things because in order to fully grow you have to grieve and heal, she added. ‘So, I’m, you know, trying to just be really mindful of that and not distract myself with this, that, and the other.
‘But I do want to start getting back to having some normalcy, even in my new normal. So that’s with you guys. But just thank you again, it means more to me than you know.’

Kramer filed for divorce from Caussin in April after six years of marriage due to ‘inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery,’ according to her filing.
The couple have been through the wringer, and in 2016 Mike entered a treatment center for sex addiction after he repeatedly cheated on his wife.
The exes have since been issued a temporary restraining order to prevent them from speaking in a ‘disparaging’ way about each other in front of their two kids.
Happier times: Kramer filed for divorce from Caussin in April after six years of marriage due to ‘inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery’
According to the Williamson County clerk, an order is automatically given with all divorce declarations filed in the area.
The temporary document means they are prohibited from harassing, threatening, assaulting or abusing the other spouse as well as banning the making of ‘disparaging remarks’ about the other to their children or their employers, it was shared in court documents obtained by E! News.
The order means neither Jana nor Mike can take their children, Jolie, five, and two-year-old Jace, out of Tennessee or more than 50 miles from home without the approval of the court.

Neither party is allowed to borrow, transfer or conceal any shared property without permission or hide or destroy evidence on computer hard drives or other devices.
However, the order insisted they can ‘maintain the marital standard of living’, though they need to keep notes of any expenses.
The former couple have a post-nuptial agreement and Jana is seeking custody of the children, as well as having Mike pay alimony and her legal costs.
